V6: On nieces

I figured you were tiring of hearing from me all the time, so tonight I have something much cuter.

Sick as a dog

This is our sweet dog Lucy. She's 13 now, and is experiencing kidney problems. We have some pills to give her daily to help her with it. But she has become finicky about eating -- never the same meal twice -- and she keeps spitting the pills back up. Anyhow, I've been taking care of her while Mom is in Dallas visiting her grandson. I was supposed to be out there already, but I don't want to leave Lucy with the neighbors during this time.

So if anyone's out there, please think some warm, fuzzy thoughts about Lucy. Thanks.

Ethan at ten months
